D. General Settings

There are a number of settings that are important for the use of EVALARM Security.

Permissions	You can specify which people can create an alarm or guard tour. You can grant appropriate permissions to individual people, user groups and roles. The termination of an alarm or inspection run depends on the user role (→ user roles).	Permissions
Documents	You can make documents available to users. Documents can be made available to users in the "Documents". Furthermore, documents can be added to tasks (e.g. checkpoints). Documents can also be attached to an alarm type. To use the documents, they are uploaded in the "Documents" area.	D ocuments
Building Structures	You can work with building structures (building section, alarm section and room section) and differentiate the alarm. Any structure can thus be mapped. We "use" the building structure, for example, when we approach several objects in the area service. We can store every customer in the building structure.	Building Structures
Building Plans	You can store building cards in EVALARM and display them in the event of an alarm. This can be a floor plan or, in the event of a fire alarm, the fire brigade map of the reporting location.	Building Plans
