You can create users yourself in the EVALARM administration area and conveniently import them.
Users can be created with different user roles - which have the appropriate user rights.

You can find everything about user administration and user rights in our general EVALARM Wiki.
We recommend that you create new employees with the user role "Emergency and Crisis Team Leader" so that the employees can process and end alarms or events.
You can also easily import and export users via Excel.
Please note the license terms when creating users. The EVALARM Free license inculdes up to 3 users with the user roles administrator, emergency- and crisis team supervisor and emergency- and crisis team member. For the user roles employee and guest, which have limited permissions in EVALARM, are no free users included.
