Once an alert is created, it appears in the overview of the control center.

It does not matter if the alert is triggered automatically, via the cockpit itself, or from mobile devices.

All current and past (within the last 24 hours) alerts can be viewed at a glance, organized and updated at any time.

If a new alert is created, it pops up automatically in the cockpit.

You can quickly see the number of active alerts here, the alarm type, the creator, the alarm location, participating users, as well as completed tasks.

In addition, active alerts can be terminated as required.

For more detailed information, you can open the alert itself.

In the details section you will find all the latest information and you can update it via the Edit button.

Furthermore, you will find all contact lists associated with the alarm type and you can contact important people quickly.

Depending on the browser, the alert will update regularly or on a change of the information.

If this is unsuccessful, you can refresh the alert by pressing the reload button manually.

Of course, you can also end the alert in the detailed view.

Under the User heading you can see which subscribers have seen, confirmed or rejected the alert.

In order to ensure a good overview even with many devices, you can even sort the users into accepted, rejected and no answer.

By clicking on a user, you can also access all the details and contact information.

In the task lists column, you can look over the status of the tasks for each user.

This allows you to react to the unfolding situation at any time.

Finally, you have the option of viewing all workflows triggered by the current alert in the current escalation level.

This allows you to ensure that no unwanted reactions occur.
