The function Access Rights, which you can find in the Location Management under Permissions, makes it possible for Administrators to give specific users, who have not the user role Administrator, access to Worflows, Users and the Location Management. Our intention is to reduce the effort of administration for the Administrator without loosing the overview.
If you want to create a new permission, klick on the button"Create a new permission".
Firstly you can give a name, a short key (determines at which position in the list of permissions this permission will appear) and a description to the permission.
In the next step you can select the sectors of the administration, which this permission should get access to.
In the last step you can assign users to the permission. Subsequently these users will have access to the sectors of the administration, which were selected before.
