The module single station monitoring offers the possibility to secure employees in accordance with the law for individual work.

Single-user monitoring can be started and ended by the user at any time. Both the start and end are logged.

The user can set the monitoring time interval between 3 and 15 minutes.

He can also activate the motion sensor. If this is activated, the timer is automatically reset.

When starting the single-user monitoring, the current GPS position is automatically recorded.

The user has the option of issuing a voluntary SOS alarm at any time.

If the user does not acknowledge the alarm within the set time, a corresponding SOS alarm is automatically generated.

The SOS alarm is sent to the users stored in the system. The last known GPS position is transmitted automatically (GPS must be activated).

The individual station monitoring is set up in the following steps:

Determining which users can use the dead man's switch
Determining which users should receive the notification when the dead man switch is started or ended
SOS alarm configuration

Determination of use of dead man's switch

You can determine which users can use the dead man control.

You create this in the "Permissions" area. You can do this for individual users, user groups or user roles.

In the standard system, all users who have been created in the "Security staff" user group are authorized to start single-user monitoring.

Definition of notification "start and stop dead man's switch"

The start and end of the dead man's switch is logged and can therefore be traced at any time.

It is possible to tell other users that it has started and ended. To do this, the receivers must be assigned to the "Dead man's switch" user group.

You can determine whether another user should be informed when the deadman switch is started and ended.

SOS alarm configuration

When the dead man's switch has been started, the user has the option of creating a will-dependent SOS alarm. When the timer expires, an SOS alarm is also generated.
You can specify who should be notified in the event that an SOS alarm has been created.

We have preconfigured the process so that the corresponding users who are to receive an SOS alarm must be assigned to the "SOS alarm" user group.
