If you have forgotten your password or you want to change the password that we initially sent you, you can easily change it via our web access or in the mobile app.



Change password via the web

Call up our web access at web.evalarm.de.

Then go to "Forgot your password?"





Now enter your namespace and your e-mail address and then go to "Change".



You will now receive an email with a link to the email address you provided. Go to the link and you will be redirected to the page to change your password.

Now enter your new password by fulfilling the password conditions.

Now you can log into EVALARM with your namespace, your e-mail address and your new password.

Change password via the app

Open the app and go to "Sign in" first.

Go to the bottom on the button "Forgot your password?".


Now enter your namespace and your e-mail address and then go to "Change"


You will now receive an email with a link to the email address you provided. Go to the link and you will be redirected to the page to change your password

Now enter your new password by fulfilling the password conditions.


Now you can log into EVALARM with your namespace, your e-mail address and your new password.
