2) Capture security events

With EVALARM Security you manage all security-related events at your customer in a professional manner and at the highest level.

We have already preconfigured the security events for you. Of course, you are welcome to adjust or add to this.

Collection and documentation

All actions and measures are recorded, logged and can be evaluated at any time afterwards. Of course, a standardized report is automatically created for each event (branding the report with your logo is a matter of course).

Operation is simple and intuitive.

You can record the events in the web cockpit or via the mobile app. You can enter further information on predefined questions. You can preset answers for certain questions. All entries can also be done by voice.

Of course, you can also add photos or other documents to the events for documentation.

You can also add tasks to individual events that have to be processed when the event occurs. The employees therefore know what to do and no task is forgotten. The task list can be shared between users and edited in parallel. Editing is updated in real time between users. This means that there is always an overview in real time.

Standard template security events

We have preconfigured the security events so that all users of the "Security staff" user group can create and end security events.

We have created a corresponding user group for each security event (e.g. fire, theft, etc.). If you want to alert certain people to individual events (e.g. fire), you only have to assign the desired users to the corresponding group.

Example:

We want to capture burglary. A photo should be taken for documentation. There are 2 tasks for the event "Burglary" that have to be acknowledged.

Alert chain

Depending on the event, certain people need to be notified. It often happens that the people to be notified are not immediately reached. If several people are to be notified and the situation may change, this is an almost insoluble challenge for the security staff. In addition, important time is definitely lost, which in turn can have serious consequences and put pressure on the actors.

At this point EVALARM Security offers professional alarm management. The recipients to be notified can be automatically notified in a few seconds on different channels (push notification, email, SMS and call).

There is a real-time overview of who has read and accepted the alarm. There is also the possibility that the alarm chain can be escalated automatically if, for example, a certain number of users have not responded positively within a certain period.

Central overview of all events

With EVALARM Security you have a real-time overview of all events.

If you want, you can store tasks to be completed for certain events. The task can be assigned to one or more people. The completion or the current status is transmitted in real time between the users.

All action notes, contact lists, etc. are available to you at any time on the go.

There is also the possibility that all recipients in the alarm chain are automatically informed. The alarm can be sent via push notification, email, SMS or call. Likewise, the recipients in the alarm chain can be automatically informed of the situation. This is so important because emergency situations are dynamic situations and the current information must reach the recipient as quickly as possible. Everyone involved sees in real time who has read or confirmed the alarm.

The security worker is relieved and can concentrate on other tasks.

All actions are recorded in an audit-proof manner and are then available for evaluation and reporting.

You also have the option of receiving information about certain events at your customer. You will be informed of the current situation at the customer in a few seconds when certain events occur. This gives you an insight into the current situation and its development.
