Before you begin configuring EVALARM, you should think about your alert scenario and define the procedures.

This includes, among other things, the following questions

• What does my emergency organization look like?
• How and by whom is the alert to be triggered?
• Which persons or user groups should receive the alert?
• What are the alarm and escalation levels?
• What are the infos that you want to share during the emergency situation with others?
• What emergency documents are there and who should be able to see them?
• What is the building structure at the location?

It is optimal if you can map the alarm scenario in a BPM.
