Before you begin configuring EVALARM, you should think about your alert scenario and define the procedures.
This includes, among other things, the following questions
- What does my emergency organization look like?
- How and by whom is the alert to be triggered?
- Which persons or user groups should receive the alert?
- What are the alarm and escalation levels?
- What are the infos that you want to share during the emergency situation with others?
- What emergency documents are there and who should be able to see them?
- What is the building structure at the location?
It is optimal if you can map the alarm scenario in a BPM.
